Visit the “Shop” page, browse through our products. You can also filter by color, genda or size. Add preferred item or items to cart. Proceed to Cart page and enter shipping address. The website will automatically calculate shipping cost and add to the total amount to pay.

We ship worldwide. From 2013 to 2015, we were shipping to customers only in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. However, as demand for our items kept going up, we were receiving orders from other parts of the world. Since 2015, we have therefore put in place international measures and we are already shipping to any country in the world.

We do accept PayPal, all major credit cards, bank transfers, checks and cash at the store. When a customer pays with a check or bank transfer, we only ship the item after the funds has been cleared in our account.

We import all our items from Ghana. As kente originated from Ghana, we have local kente weavers in Ghana that weave our items to stock our shop.

Please contact the store manager and this will be sorted out quickly for you.

If an item is not in stock, the system will notify the customer during placing an order. We will therefore have a weaver in Ghana make the item for the customer as soon as possible. We notify the customer on regular basis to inform them about its progress. When the item is finished, it will be posted directly from Ghana to the customer as there would be no sense in shipping to our store in Australia first before its destination unless the customer is in Australia.

We notify the customer weekly and sometimes with pictures about their products.

It can take a week to three weeks or even more depending on the complexity of the design selected.

We have deposit or part payment, credit, instalment and full payment. Please note: Credit is available to only New Zealand and Australian residents only. All other payment methods are available to any other customer.
